Justin’s Journey: Strategic Innovator from the Ground Up

Justin’s path began in the rugged terrains of Wales, where early life lessons in perseverance took root. With a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design, he mastered the art of innovation and strategic thinking. His career journey, marked by personal trials including the devastating loss of his mother and challenges of relocating globally, shaped him into a resilient leader. Justin’s story is one of triumph over adversity, using his deep understanding of design thinking to navigate complex personal and professional landscapes and drive meaningful change.

Ash’s Path: Military Precision Meets Compassionate Leadership

Ash, growing up in Adelaide, translated his passion for the rigorous demands of water sports into a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Navy as a Navy Clearance Diver. His military service, underscored by a degree in Organisational Leadership, honed his skills in precision, discipline, and strategic execution. Surviving a Taliban attack and battling PTSD, Ash transformed his hardest challenges into a commitment to support mental health and resilience. Today, he channels his experiences into advocating for mental health awareness, exemplifying leadership that combines strength with vulnerability.
